The main concept about this record is that the black roses are the icon of what’s gone and lost, while the hats represent what’s new. It’s my personal iconography, so don’t rack your brains too much on this. My album hangs in the unsteady balance between the darkness and the light and the past and the future, while the only existing time is the present.
